I'll take my dog to the park and play
Off the leash should be just fine
'Til Ralph starts sniffing a stranger's behind
I toss the frisbee and tell him to get it
But Ralph wants to get the neighbor's picnic
Sandwich in mouth, I'm so embarrassed
Two steps away Ralph takes care of business
I put the doggie bag over my hand
I pick up the mess, but there's a hole in the bag
It's not working out, it's time to go
I wrangle up Ralph and take him home
I collapse on the couch, Ralph pants with joy
A nightmare to me was a ball for my boy
